New Employee Orientation and Training Program
This is the first of many steps a new employee will take on the path of continuous improvement and professional development. New employees receive initial customized training to support and develop their knowledge and skills, while providing an overall understanding of the company.

Craftworker Training Program
We offer several programs for hourly field employees seeking to develop and improve their skills, or master new ones. Creative, onsite opportunities are available, as well as skills training held in collaboration with outside resources. Our goal is to encourage craftworkers to acquire the training necessary to develop a successful career.

Ongoing Education and Training
There are many training opportunities available to Pizzagalli employees, both within the Company and through outside resources. Such opportunities include: online computer training, Dale Carnegie courses, individualized training, seminars, and college courses.

Field Office Manager Seminar
This seminar was developed to bring together this key group of jobsite office managers so they may gain and upgrade important job skills, improve communications skills, discuss common issues and share best practices.

Safety Engineer Seminar
This seminar improves the knowledge and skills of Safety Engineers, allowing them to excel on the job. The seminar focuses on improving and enhancing a variety of skills, sharing best practices, and providing specific safety training.

Superintendent Career Path Program
This program was developed for high-achieving foremen with the purpose of providing them with a number of skill development opportunities necessary to become a qualified Pizzagalli project superintendent. The program is based on “rotations” in field engineering, office management, estimating, scheduling, and field management, which come together to provide the necessary tools to succeed on this career path.

Management Development Program
This program brings together Pizzagalli project management employees and key departmental employees to discuss corporate issues, updates, and learn about select management issues critical to the Company’s success.
