Leadership Development Program (LDP)

The Leadership Development Program was created over 30 years ago as a blueprint for building future managers from within the Company. This program is designed for energetic, highly motivated individuals who strive for excellence and are eager to face the demanding expectations of the construction profession.

LDP Engineers gain valuable knowledge and hands-on experience through four rotations covering field work, office engineering, scheduling, and estimating. These rotations are designed to allow LDP Engineers to broaden their overall understanding of each facet of the business and provide the foundation for professional development and growth at Pizzagalli.

Co-op and Internship Program

Pizzagalli offers co-op and internship opportunities designed to provide students with valuable work experience, bridging the gap between academic theory and practice. Intern and co-op students are typically selected for their potential to succeed in the construction industry. Students are placed either at the Main Office in South Burlington, Vermont or at one of our many jobsites throughout the country.

College/University Visits

Representatives from Pizzagalli visit a variety of colleges each year to provide outreach to students and insights into our company. Look for us at our upcoming college/university visits. We are always seeking the best and the brightest, so please let us know about you!
